The Process Engineer III at Toray Advanced Composites will be accountable and responsible for technical ownership of the production process. The engineer will be responsible for the complete process control, technical oversight of a continuous production process, to ensure maximum up-time, with highest efficiency, excellent quality to provide mentorship and technical guidance to other process engineers. Additionally, the engineer will lead multiple departmental efforts with new product development and production integration. This is a hands-on process engineering role, and will require ingenuity, flexibility and problem-solving capabilities using RCCA Lean Six Sigma or any other technical tools or data to solve the problem. The Quality Engineer at Lin Engineering will provide experienced quality assurance support to the product development team, ensure compliance in ISO 9001 auditing, managing nonconformances (RMAs, IMRRs, MRRs) resolving bugs, defects, and other issues and ensuring the product meets customer specifications.

The CAD Custom Project Designer at Lin Engineering will focus on the design and development of new motor assemblies, part designs, change management and implementation. This individual will utilize Lin standard “design validation & verification” process by applying Computer Aided Manufacturing CAM for actual CNC G-code through a basic Mastercam process to prove the design is achievable and manufacturable. They will ensure the workflow runs smoothly, maintain systems that are in place and build standard CAD processes, review output for quality control, track performance and manage CAD software. YOU NEED: Bachelor's degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering, 3 to 5 years of experience working in a product design and engineering change management role.
