continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join
our team and contribute to the success of our innovative projects.
Position Overview
The Junior Project Manager role entails active participation in customer meetings, where they
play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the customer's expectations and GSA.
Collaborating with mentors, the Junior Project Manager serves as the customer's advocate
within GSA, employing various tools such as project reports, internal and external meetings,
plan development, risk assessment, and resource analysis to ensure project success. Reporting
to the business development and operations teams, the Junior Project Manager ensures
alignment on tasks and objectives to streamline company operations.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing comprehensive project plans and timelines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
● Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project schedules.
● Support senior management in overseeing and optimizing company resources,
encompassing personnel, materials, and process flows.
● Assist in budget development and tracking for efficient project completion.
● Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold high-quality standards.
● Identify and assess potential project risks; implement mitigation plans.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
● Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress.
● Proactively identify and address project issues; collaborate on solutions.
● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
● Foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
● Work with the customer to define realistic boundaries for project success.

Qualifications:
● 2 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing setting.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Proficient in project management tools and software.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

● Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
