Flexibility is a must for work schedule. Shifts typically include 7:45am - 3:45pm and 3:45-11:45pm on weekdays and some weekends.
The Guest Service/Front Desk Agent is a friendly TEAM PLAYER looking to grow a career in hospitality! He or she is responsible for answering the phone, making reservations, helping the General Manager of the Hotel with daily tasks. They will also assist with group check-ins, luggage when needed, and help to create wonderful memories for all guests.
Handle all incoming phone calls, friendliness and outgoing personality
Answer the phone within three rings using the appropriate greeting
Keep record of all arriving/departing and in-house guests
Be knowledgeable of all tours/groups
Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all hotel amenities as well as any special events
Provides accurate directions and information for guests
Arranges any special services for guests
Work Location: In-Person
Schedule: 8 hour shift / Day shift / Holidays / Monday to Friday / Night shift / On call / Weekend availability
Extra sanitizing taking place every few hours throughout property.
Are you available to work Saturdays and Sundays 7:45am - 3:45pm and
Wednesday Thursdays 3:45-11:45pm?
Required Qualifications / Experience
Prior hotel or hospitality experience required (1 year)
Excellent communication skills especially over the phone.
Attention to detail.
Customer service experience.
Strong organizational and time management discipline.
Operate effectively in stressful situations.
Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Ability to multi-task.
Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Lift heavy items when required
