CANCELLED -Taste Of Morgan Hill

It is with a very heavy heart that we officially announce the cancellation of the 2021 Taste of Morgan Hill Festival and Car Show. We do not make this decision lightly. The staff and Board of Directors have agonized over the decision for the last 3 months, trying everything possible to adjust the event schematics, location and overhead to produce any version of a 2021 festival. In the end, due to a significant lack in vendor participation (we usually experience 165+ vendors), event funding and projected attendance decrease (we usually experience 50,000 attendees), on top of the rising number of Delta Variant cases, we decided to cancel plans for a 2021 festival. Please understand that this decision is as frustrating and disappointing to our team as it is to you. In order for a festival to be successful, we have to find the right balance between enough exhibitors to support a show financially and enough attendees to support exhibitor sales; our numbers just weren’t there on the exhibitor side. The MHCoC joins the ranks of a number of other festival organizers forced to cancel events in both 2020 and 2021. We appreciate your understanding and make a commitment that the Taste of Morgan Hill Festival and Car Show WILL return in 2022- bigger, stronger and better than ever! In the meantime, please continue to support our organization, the local music industry and the MH business community by continuing to attend the Friday Night Music Series!
