We are currently searching for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Coordinator to join our RMA Team.
The RMA Coordinator will administer RMAs ensuring a timely disposition of products while maintaining customer communication throughout the return and repair process. The RMA Coordinator will address issues with material disposition, taking responsibility for ensuring the customer receives their material within the committed date. When it is not possible to meet the committed date, the RMA Coordinator will need to inform the customer of a new date.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issues RMA via email and provide clear return instructions to the customer
Upon receiving new RMAs, unboxed boards/systems
RMA coordinator will confirm accurate customer information, Assembly part #, revision, serial, and quantity returned
Receiving material and logging in incoming details in the RMA database creating work orders and working with product manufacturing engineers to determine rework and upgrade instructions
Order material for repair as included on the Rework Traveler by the engineer
Follow-up with Asset-manager on material needed for repair.
Work with production control, manufacturing group for scheduling and request shipping-commit dates
Move product out to manufacturing floor for rework/upgrade/test
Daily communication with customers and CFT Teams (PMs, ME) for RMA status updates
Relay RMA status/repair quotations, request PO, request SO, Create and print packing lists and retrieve payment & return shipping details, forward shipment information, and ensure all necessary documents are recorded as required by the customer
Close RMA activities and RMA in our program Spot Light and enter data in the customer database if required
Schedule:
8 hour shift / Day shift / Monday to Friday / Overtime

The first 90 days are agency paid with our agency. They offer Kaiser medical if you need insurance during this time. Upon successfully completed your first 90 days your manager will requestion your conversation to Paramit payroll. Required Qualifications / Experience
customer service: 2 years (Required)
manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
working with PCB/PCBA: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Office application: 3 years (Preferred)
RMA Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: reads, and writes proficiently in English. (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate to Morgan Hill, CA 95037: (Required)
Team player; adept at working with colleagues in an effective and appropriate manner
Self-driven and highly motivated with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
Experience working with RMA process, PCB, and System (box build) assemblies
Possess high-quality customer service skills and Experience
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be detail-oriented
Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and data-entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internal and external
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, especially Outlook email and Word documents.
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM for the core work hours.
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance experience is a plus
Experience with inventory and product returns processes (preferred)
